摘要
铁路货运计量安全检测设备是确保铁路行车安全的重要基础设施,目前缺乏统一技术手段对其全寿命周期提供信息化管理,导致设备存在相关信息维护不全、数据难以充分利用等问题。基于铁路货运计量安全检测监控系统,针对铁路货运计量安全检测设备,设计构建信息系统,建立“一物一档”电子履历,进行设备全寿命周期流程管理。重点利用物联网、数据融合等技术,采集融合数据资源,挖掘数据潜在价值,实现设备运维智能管理、运用质量量化分析以及故障科学预测,从而提高设备管理运用能效,降低设备检修维护成本,增强铁路货运安全保障能力。
The measurement safety inspection equipment is crucial to guaranteeing the safe operation of the railway. Currently, information management for its life cycle lacks unified technical means, which results in incomplete maintenance of equipment-related information and difficulty in fully organizing and utilizing data. According to the measurement safety inspection and monitoring system for railway freight transportation, we designed an information system for life cycle process management of the measurement safety inspection equipment in terms of “one thing, one file”. In virtue of IoT and data fusion technologies, integrated data was collected, fused, and mined to facilitate intelligent maintenance management, quantitative operation analysis, and equipment fault prognostics. The system can improve the energy efficiency of equipment management and use, reduce equipment maintenance costs, and enhance the security capability of railway freight transportation.
