摘要
我国智库体系的建立与完善得益于近些年地方新型智库的不断发展。新型智库的建立,强化了信息之间的交流,助推了地方服务和治理体系建设。在信息社会大背景之下,本文以新型智库的产生与发展为出发点,分析了我国省市级社科院图书馆构建新型智库的必要性,阐述了我国省市级社科院图书馆构建新型智库的优势条件,详细论述了我国省市级社科院图书馆构建新型智库策略,以期为我国各级政府决策提供更好的服务。
The establishment and perfection of think tank system in China has benefited from the continuous development of local new think tanks in recent years. The establishment of new think tank has strengthened the exchange of information and promoted the construction of local service and governance system. Under the background of information society, taking the emergence and development of new think tank as the starting point, this paper analyzes the necessity and expounds the advantage condition of constructing new think tank in provincial academy of social sciences libraries in China, discusses in detail the strategies of constructing new think tank in provincial academy of social sciences libraries in China, so as to provide better decision-making services for governments at all levels in China.
