摘要
糖尿病患者机体处于高血糖状态,原因为胰岛素分泌不足或者抵抗,该病与环境及遗传因素具有一定关系。根据相关报道,糖尿病发病率呈上升趋势,该病已成为危害人类健康的慢性疾病之一。目前,糖尿病已经成为严重的公共卫生问题,由于该病无法彻底治愈,患者需终身服药以稳定血糖水平,患者多存在抵抗情绪,心理状态较差,部分患者甚至出现抑郁情况。以往研究证实,良好的护理干预对糖尿病患者服药依从性、心理状态、自理能力等情况均具有积极的影响,因此临床应重视糖尿病患者的护理干预工作。糖尿病患者入院后院内护理工作固然重要,而患者需要长期居家调养,因此更需关注患者出院后的家庭护理干预。延续性护理是指患者出院后到社区或者家庭延续其后续治疗及护理,能提高患者的治疗依从性,帮助患者维持血糖水平。本文对延续性护理在糖尿病患者中的应用进展进行综述,以期为糖尿病患者的治疗及护理提供帮助。
Diabetic patients are hyperglycemic due to inadequate insulin secretion or resistance, which is related to environmental and genetic factors. According to the relevant reports, the incidence rate of diabetes is on the rise. It has become one of the chronic diseases that endanger human health. At present,diabetes has become a serious public health problem. Because the disease can not be completely cured,patients need lifelong medication to stabilize their blood sugar levels. Many patients have resistance, poor psychological state, and some patients even suffer from depression. Previous studies have confirmed that good nursing intervention has a positive impact on medication compliance, psychological state and self-care ability of diabetic patients. Therefore, clinical should pay attention to nursing intervention for diabetic patients. The nursing work of diabetic patients after admission is important, and the patients need to stay at home for a long time. Therefore, more attention should pay to family nursing intervention after discharge.Continuous nursing refers to the continuous follow-up treatment and nursing of patients in the community or family after discharge, which can improve the treatment compliance of patients and help patients maintain blood glucose level. This article reviews the progress of the application of continuity nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus, so as to provide help for the treatment and nursing of diabetic patients.
