情景教学法结合思维导图的专科护士培训对重症患者血液净化治疗时间的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察情景教学法结合思维导图培训专科护士对重症监护病房(ICU)血液净化治疗患者治疗时间的影响.方法 建立北京大学第三医院危重医学科血液净化准入制度,选择专科护士及高年执行层护士共12人成立小组,应用情景教学方法结合思维导图进行血液净化基础知识、操作技能及报警处理知识技能培训,回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年10月99例应用情景教学方法结合思维导图培训前后患者的治疗持续时间.结果 应用情景教学方法结合思维导图培训后62例患者的活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)明显长于培训前〔s:34.50(31.00,40.83)比32.00(27.65,37.40),Z=-2.213,P=0.027〕,治疗持续时间也明显长于培训前(h:51.33±3.95比24.78±2.44,t=-5.724,P=0.000).结论 在ICU血液净化治疗培训中采取情景教学方法结合思维导图,可增加护士的理论知识及临床操作技能,提高了血液净化治疗的连续性,保证治疗效果. Objective To observe the effect of scene teaching method combined with mind-map for training professional nurses on the therapeutic time of blood purification for treatment of severe patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The access system of blood purification in the department of critical medicine of the Third Hospital of Peking University was established,a total of 12 specialist nurses and senior executive nurses were selected to form a team in the system,and scene teaching method combined with mind-map was applied to carry out the training of the basic knowledge,operating skills and alarm management process knowledge and technology of blood purification.The therapeutic persisting times and the changes of various blood examination indexes of 99 patients before and after using scene teaching method combined with mind-map from January 2018 to October 2019 were compared and analyzed retrospectively.Results The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of 62 patients after scene teaching method combined with mind-map was significantly longer than that before this training[s:34.50(31.00,40.83)vs.32.00(27.65,37.40),Z=-2.213,P=0.027],and the treatment persisting time was also significantly longer than that before the training(hours:51.33+3.95 vs.24.78±2.44,t=-5.724.P=0.000).Conclusions The scene teaching method combined with mind-map is adopted in the training of blood purification treatment for professional nurses in ICU,It can increase nurses'theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills,improves the continuity of blood purification treatment and ensures the therapeutic effect.
