摘要
基于包容性发展视角,从机会均等性、内容协调性、成果共享性3个层面选取29项指标构建评价指标体系,利用相对熵和地理探测器,分析2005-2017年甘肃省14个市州城镇化质量的时空演化特征及影响因素.结果表明,甘肃省城镇化的质量在时间上整体由“较低”及“低”水平向“中等”和“较高”水平演变,呈快速增长趋势,各系统层表现出“成果共享性>机会均等性>内容协调性”的态势;在空间上城镇化质量“较高”及以上水平类型的范围不断扩大,呈“带状”结构,“较低”及以下水平类型明显收缩,空间结构变动显著;不同系统层要素表现出不同的空间分布特点.社会保障水平、基础设施服务能力与城镇化水平是导致其时空演变的主要原因;各因子交互作用以非线性增强为主,基础设施服务水平与其他因子交互作用对城镇化质量的解释力最高.
Based on the concept of inclusive development,29 indicators were selected from three levels:equal opportunity,comprehensive content and results sharing,to build an evaluation index system.And based on the fixed-base range entropy weight method and geographic detectors,Gansu Province from2005 to 2017 was analyzed for spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of urbanization quality in 14 cities and prefectures.The results showed that,in terms of time,the quality of urbanization in Gansu Province had evolved from low levels to medium and high levels,showing a rapid growth trend,and each system layer showed a "result sharing>opportunity equalization>content comprehensiveness" situation.Spatially,the types of higher levels of urbanization had continued to expand,showing a "band-like" structure,the types of lower levels had shrunk significantly,and the spatial structure had changed significantly,with different system layer elements manifesting different spatial distribution characteristics.The level of social security,infrastructure service capacity and urbanization were the main reasons leading to its spatiotemporal evolution.The level of economic development,environmental protection and resource utilization were secondary factors.
