摘要
条码标尺作为水准测量系统的重要组成部分,经常受到复杂环境和不利条件的影响,水滴、灰尘及树叶等遮挡条码尺时有发生,对测量结果产生影响。测绘工作者曾对此进行了研究,但多数成果仅为定性结论。以国产CL04A数字水准仪为研究对象,对视场内条码标尺控制不同比例和不同位置遮挡后进行实测分析。实验数据表明:条码遮挡对视距测量结果无影响;条码遮挡会导致视线高读数波动,尤其在短视距时;当靠近中丝位置被遮挡时,测量结果易错。最后提出在仪器内部改进程序等建议,可作为解决条码遮挡问题的一种参考。
As an important part of the level measurement system,the bar code ruler is often affected by complex environments and adverse conditions.The bar code ruler is sometimes blocked by water droplets,dust and leaves,which affects the measurement results.Surveying and mapping workers have conducted research on this,but most of the results are only qualitative conclusions.This paper takes the domestic CL04 A digital level as the research object,and conducts actual measurement and analysis after controlling different proportions and different positions of the bar code ruler in the field of view.Experimental data shows that:barcode occlusion has no effect on the line-of-sight measurement results;barcode occlusion will cause high line-of-sight readings to fluctuate,especially when the line of sight is short;when the position close to the middle wire is blocked,the measurement results are easy to be wrong.Finally,suggestions for improving procedures in the instrument are put forward,which can be used as a reference for solving the problem of barcode occlusion.
