摘要
制备了J-439LSP-CU73铜网表面膜与碳纤维预浸料共固化层压板,并进行无损检测、表面质量测量,以及切割、制孔等后加工及涂层附着力测试。结果表明,铜网表面膜与预浸料共固化界面粘接性较好,贴工装成型更有利于保证试板的表面质量。对铜网表面膜加工面进行观察和无损检测未见脱粘、分层,表明铜网表面膜具有良好的加工性能。涂层附着力测试破坏形式主要为铜网表面膜断裂,铜网表面膜的抗撕裂强度是影响涂层附着力的主要因素。
J-439LSP-CU73 Cu mesh surface film and carbon fiber prepreg were prepared for co-curing laminates,and nondestructive quality detection,surface quality measurement,cutting,hole making and other post-processing and coating adhesion test were carried out.The results shown that the film and prepreg had better interfacial adhesion to ensure the surface quality of the test plate.No debonding and delamination were observed in the film processing surface of the Cu mesh,indicating that the film of the Cu mesh had good machining performance.The main failure mode of coating adhesion test was the film fracture of Cu mesh,and the tear strength of the film was the main factor affecting the coating adhesion.
