摘要
目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)伴心力衰竭患者临床治疗中联合使用新活素和地高辛的效果及安全性。方法选择2017年1月—2020年4月在本院诊治的68例DCM伴心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各34例。对照组行地高辛治疗,观察组行地高辛联合新活素治疗。观察比较两组患者临床症状、体征改善效果、总疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者收缩压、心率、尿量、NT-proBNP指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者治疗后舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同时选择新活素、地高辛两种药物给予DCM伴心力衰竭患者治疗,表现出良好治疗有效性和安全性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of digoxin and neomycin in the in the treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)complicated with heart failure.Methods 68 patients with DCM complicated with heart failure those admitted to in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2020 were enrolled as study subjects and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with digoxin,while the patients in observation group were treated with digoxin and neomycin,The clinical symptom,the improvement efficacy of sign,curative effect,and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the systolic pressure,heart rate,urine volume and NT-proBNP in the observation group were significantly precede to those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diastolic pressure between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of neomycin and digoxin performs good therapeutic efficacy and safety in the treatment of DCM patients complicated with heart failure.
