摘要
为解决烟用爆珠现有生产工艺中芯液和囊材配伍性不稳定而导致爆珠产品得率较低的问题,采用乳化-凝胶法的制备方法,开展了乳化液中水相和油相比例、海藻酸钠黏度、羧甲基纤维素钠添加量、氯化钙添加量等梯度优化试验,实现了海藻酸钙对不同溶剂体系芯液的有效包载,成功制备出烟用爆珠。爆珠制备方法的最优化工艺条件为:(1)乳化液中水相和油相的质量比为1∶2;(2)水相中,羧甲基纤维素钠质量分数为0.5%,氯化钙质量分数为8%;(3)成型液中,选用的海藻酸钠1%溶液的黏度值为16 mPa·s,甘油添加量为1.0%;(4)采用酒精能简易快速检测爆珠产品的合格率。
A stable and compatible core capsule fluid and capsule shell material are desirable to increase the yield of breakable capsules for cigarette.For this purpose,an emulsification-gelation method was applied to prepare breakable capsules.The mass ratio of aqueous phase and oil phase in the liquid emulsion,the viscosity of sodium alginate,and the addition rates of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and calcium chloride were optimized with gradient experiments to achieve the effective encapsulation of the core liquid in different solvent systems.The breakable capsules for cigarettes were successfully prepared by the emulsification-gelation method.The results showed that the optimized preparation conditions were:1)the mass ratio of the aqueous phase to oil phase was 1∶2;2)in the aqueous phase,the mass fractions of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and calcium chloride were 0.5%and 8%respectively;3)in the fluid formulation,the viscosity of 1%sodium alginate solution was 16 mPa·s and the addition rate of glycerin was 1.0%;4)the product qualification rate of the breakable capsules could be easily and quickly measured with alcohol.This work provides a novel processing technology for making breakable capsules for cigarettes.
