摘要
82B盘条由于碳含量高,易产生中心网状渗碳体。对网状渗碳体产生原因及影响因素进行分析,优化连铸工艺参数。结果表明:当连铸坯中心偏析指数大于1.20时,盘条易产生网状渗碳体。通过提高比水量,降低过热度及拉速,连铸坯中心碳偏析得到有效控制,82B盘条中心网状渗碳体造成的不合格率由11.7%降低到3.0%以下。
82B wire rod is prone to form center network cementite due to its high carbon content.The causes and influencing factors of network cementite were analyzed,and continuous casting process parameters were optimized.Results show that when carbon segregation ratio in center of billet is greater than 1.20,wire rod is likely to produce network cementite.By increasing secondary cooling water,reducing super-heat and casting speed,carbon segregation in center of billet was effectively controlled,and unqualified rate caused by network cementite in wire rod is reduced from 11.7% to less than 3.0%.
