摘要
基于WSR系统方法论的指导,该文分别从物理、事理、人理3个维度对X大学定向运动课程考试的风险管理进行探究。研究表明:物理维度风险管理的内容包括考试时的天气状况、考试场地周边的地形地貌、既定的多条考试路线上不利于学生提高考试成绩的天然障碍物或建筑等;事理维度风险管理的内容包括教师对考试时间以及考试场地的选择、考试路线中障碍物的管理、对考试场地中障碍物的利用、考试过程中考试场地的人流量等;人理维度风险管理的内容包括教师组织课程考试的动机与价值定位、学生参加考试的需求,教师对课程考试的组织以及对学生的考前动员、学生对考试的态度、师生关系、学生对运动损伤的认知、教师对学生的健康知识讲授情况等。
Based on the guidance of WSR system methodology,this paper explores the risk management of orienteering course examination in X University from the three dimensions of physics,theory and human science.The conclusions are as follows:Physical risk management includes the weather conditions during the test,the terrain around the test site,and natural obstacles or buildings that are not favorable for students to improve their test scores on the established multiple test routes.The content of the risk management of the aspect includes the teacher's choice of the examination time and examination venue,the management of obstacles in the examination route,the use of obstacles in the examination venue,and the flow of people in the examination venue during the examination and so on.The contents of risk management of human and physical dimensions include the motivation and value orientation of teachers'organizing curriculum examinations,the needs of students to participate in examinations,teachers'organization of curriculum examinations and mobilization of students before examinations,students'attitude towards examinations,the relationship between teachers and students,students'cognition of sports injuries,teachers'teaching of students'health knowledge,etc.
