高锰高铝钢脱氧及夹杂物控制研究进展

摘要 为满足节能减排及可持续发展需要,钢材轻量化成为钢铁材料的重要发展方向。高锰高铝钢作为典型的低密度高强钢,已成为汽车用钢的重要组成部分。目前部分高锰高铝钢已进行量化生产,但钢的洁净度、夹杂物控制等仍不稳定,严重影响连铸工艺和材料性能。本文归纳和分析了高铝高锰钢脱氧对夹杂物的影响、夹杂物种类、演变过程以及AlN夹杂物形成机理,建议在AlN析出热力学基础数据方面加强研究。 In order to meet the needs of energy saving,emission reduction,and sustainable development,lightweight steel has become an important development direction of steels.As a typical steel with low density and high strength,high-manganese and high-alumina steel has become an important automotive steel.At pres-ent,some high-manganese and high-alumina steels have been quantitatively produced,but the cleanliness and inclusion control of the steel are still unstable,which seriously affects the continuous casting process and mate-rial properties.This paper summarizes and analyzes the effects of deoxidation on inclusions in high alumina and high manganese steel,the types of inclusions,the evolution of inclusions,and the formation mechanism of AlN inclusions.It is recommended to strengthen the research on the basic thermodynamic data of AlN pre-cipitation.
