摘要
党的十九届六中全会总结了党百年奋斗的十条历史经验,并多次强调推动构建人类命运共同体。人类命运共同体理念是习近平外交思想的核心内容,也是坚持胸怀天下这一历史经验在当代的集中体现,为国际社会应对当今世界百年变局和逆全球化挑战提供了中国智慧、中国方案和中国力量。其一,人类命运共同体鲜明反对逆全球化,倡导打造利益共同体、责任共同体和价值共同体,为人类社会进步提供了中国智慧;其二,人类命运共同体将经济建设置于突出地位,强调合作、创新、发展,为世界经济复苏提供了中国方案;其三,人类命运共同体坚持对外开放道路,积极践行主动型、包容型、共享型开放之路,为各国共同发展提供了中国力量。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China summarized ten historical experiences of the Party's centuries of struggle and repeatedly emphasized the promotion of building a community with a shared future for mankind.The theroy of a community with a shared future for mankind is the core content of Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought.It is also a contemporary manifestation of the historical experience of persisting in the world.It provides the international community with Chinese wisdom,Chinese solutions and Chinese power for the international community to cope with the challenges of a century of change and anti-globalization in today’s world.Firstly,the community with a shared future for mankind clearly opposes anti-globalization and advocates the creation of a community of interests,a community of responsibilities and a community of values,which provides Chinese wisdom for the progress of human society.Secondly,the community with a shared future for mankind puts economic construction in a prominent position,emphasizing cooperation and innovation,development,provides a Chinese solution for world economic growth.Third,the community with a shared future for mankind adheres to the path of opening to the outside world,and actively practices the path of proactive,inclusive,and shared openness,providing China with power for the common development of all countries.
