摘要
研究了不同改性剂的同类重质碳酸钙产品在环氧聚酯粉末涂料中对产品的加工性能、光泽度、硬度、附着力、冲击强度等性能的影响。结果显示,采用硬脂酸和偶联剂改性的重质碳酸钙,其加工性、漆膜光泽度与普通碳酸钙相比均有明显提升,采用偶联剂改性的碳酸钙对漆膜的冲击强度和附着力均有提升。
In this paper,the effects of the same heavy calcium carbonate products with different modifiers on the processing properties,gloss,hardness,adhesion and impact strength of epoxy polyester powder coatings were studied.The results show that compared with ordinary calcium carbonate,the machinability and film gloss of heavy calcium carbonate modified by stearic acid and coupling agent are obviously improved,and the impact strength and adhesion of heavy calcium carbonate modified by coupling agent are improved.
