摘要
针对炼油废水氨氮浓度高,为达到较高氨氮和总氮去除率,且同时实现降低COD的目的,在某炼油污水厂内进行模拟生产的中试研究。选用污泥浓度高、占地面积小、操作运行成本低的生化处理系统——S-IBR一体化生物反应系统进行中试。通过调节进水量、水质、改变生化系统负荷等,确定最佳的实际运行参数,为后续工程项目的基础设计提供最可靠的工艺设计参数。中试结果表明:在原水温度≤40℃,COD≤1200 mg/L,NH_(3)-N≤70 mg/L,TN≤120 mg/L的条件下,出水去除率COD≥90%,NH_(3)-N≥85%,TN≥85%。
A simulated industry pilot test study on refinery wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen concentration and high removal requirement of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen was carried out to reduce COD at the same time.A bio-treatment system with high sludge concentration,less site area and low operation cost,S-IBR integrated bio-treatment reactor system were selected for the pilot test.The best practical operation parameters are determined by adjusting the influent quantity,water quality and changing the load of biochemical system.This pilot test provides the most reliable process design parameters for the basic design of the subsequent projects.The results indicate that the effluent removal rates are COD≥90%,NH_(3)-N≥85%and TN≥85%under the conditions that the temperatures of the raw water are≤40℃and COD≤1200 mg/L,NH_(3)-N≤70 mg/L and TN≤120 mg/L.
