摘要
该文运用访谈法、数理统计法、文献资料法对长沙某体适能机构经营管理现状进行研究,在对长沙某体适能机构经营现状与管理现状进行深入分析和研究的基础上,总结其经营与管理的特点,针对长沙市某体适能机构在教学、管理等方面存在的问题,结合国家政策支持、市场个性化需求不断增加等发展机遇,从政府和该体适能机构的角度,提出应加强支持力度,提高市场准入门槛,规范体适能培训市场;优化课程设计,打造多元化体适能,开发周边产品;精准营销,提升宣传效率;完善相关管理制度,设置员工激励机制等建议,从而推动体适能行业良性发展,助力体适能行业更加规范高效发展,为同等类型的小规模体适能培训服务提供借鉴。
Using methods interview,mathematical statistics and literature,this paper studies the current situation of the operation and management of a physical fitness institution in Changsha.On the basis of the in-depth analysis and research on the operation and management status of a physical fitness institution in Changsha,this paper summarizes the characteristics of its operation and management,aiming at the problems existing in the teaching and management of a physical fitness institution in Changsha,combined with the development opportunities such as the support of national policies and the increasing personalized demand of the market,from the perspective of the government and the physical fitness institution,it is proposed to strengthen support,raise the threshold of market access and standardize the physical fitness training market;Optimize curriculum design,create diversified physical fitness and develop peripheral products;Precision marketing to improve publicity efficiency;Improve relevant management systems and set up employee incentive mechanisms,so as to promote the sound development of the fitness industry,help the fitness industry develop more standardized and efficient,and provide reference for small-scale fitness training services of the same type.
