烟草西柏烷二萜对三七根腐病原真菌的抑制活性及盆栽防效 被引量:2

The antifungal activity and control effect of tobacco cembranoid diterpenes against root rot pathogens of Panax notoginseng

摘要 [目的]探究烟草西柏烷二萜在三七根腐病防治中的应用价值。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法和盆栽试验测定烟草西柏烷二萜对三七根腐病致病真菌(人参链格孢菌、毁灭柱孢菌、尖孢镰刀菌、腐皮镰刀菌)的抑制活性和防治效果。[结果]烟草西柏烷二萜对4种真菌均具有较好抑制活性,其EC_(50)值分别为34.6、36.2、26.2、33.3 mg/L;西柏烷二萜在150、300 mg/L处理下,对三七根腐病的防效均优于化学药剂(多菌灵与菌核净交替使用),其中150 mg/L处理时三七主根产量也显著优于化学药剂。[结论]烟草西柏烷二萜在三七根腐病绿色防控中具有应用潜力。 [Aims]The study aims to explore the application value of cembranoid diterpenes against root rot pathogens of Panax notoginseng.[Methods]The mycelium growth rate method and pot experiment was used to determine the antifungal activity and control effect of cembranoid diterpenes against root rot pathogens of P.notoginseng(Alternaria panax,Cylindrocarpon destructans,Fusarium oxysporum,Fusarium solani).[Results]Tobacco cembranoid diterpenes had good antifungal activity against the above four fungi,and the EC_(50) values were respectively 34.6,36.2,26.2 and 33.3 mg/L.The control effect of cembranoid diterpenes against root rot pathogens of P.notoginseng at 150 and 300 mg/L was better than that of carbendazim/dimetachlone alternately.The taproot yield of P.notoginseng treated with 150 mg/L was also significantly better than that of chemical agents.[Conclusions]Tobacco cembranoid diterpenes have great potential application in green control of P.notoginseng root rot.
