摘要
目的:为解决门诊患者超声检查难的问题,创新思路,提出了优化改善门诊检查流程和业务重组方式,以建设“一站式”检查智能预约系统,方便和提升患者就医体验。方法:深入分析当前门诊检查的流程现状与痛点,找出问题根结,结合医院实际,提出切实可行的建设理念和解决方案。结果:借鉴流程优化、业务重组及诊间预约的理念和方法,优化改造检查预约流程,并构建基于分布式检查预约模式下符合医院现状的“一站式”检查智能预约系统。该系统的应用有效解决了门诊患者在进行超声检查预约全流程中遇到的突出问题。结论:“一站式”检查智能预约系统的建立,实现了“让患者少跑路”,在减少医患矛盾,提高患者满意度和检查科室服务质量等方面具有重要意义。
Objective To solve the problem of difficult ultrasonic examination of outpatients,with the innovative ideas,it was proposed to optimize and improve the outpatient examination process and business restructuring method,so as to build a"one-stop"intelligent appointment system for examination,which is convenient and improves patients medical experience.Methods The current conditions and pain point of the process of outpatient examination were analyzed deeply,the root causes of the problems were found out,and the practical construction ideas and solutions were proposed combining with the actual conditions of the hospital.Results By using the ideas and methods of process optimization,business restructuring and inter-clinic appointment,the examination appointment process was optimized and transformed,and the"one-stop"intelligent appointment system was constructed based on the distributed examination appointment and with the current conditions of the hospital under the reservation mode.The application of this system can effectively solve the prominent problems that outpatients meet in the whole process of ultrasonic examination appointment.Conclusion By establishing the"one-stop"intelligent appointment system of examination,"patients can walk less",which is of great significance in reducing contradictions between doctors and patients,improving patient satisfaction and service quality of the examination department.
