摘要
静坐少动行为方式是慢性非传染性疾病发生的独立危险因素,其精准测量有助于监控变化趋势、量化其健康效应以及评估干预的有效性。通过系统检索Web of Science、Medline、ERIC、SPORTDiscus数据库,最终筛选出8种儿童青少年静坐行为问卷或量表(以下统称为问卷),分析其编制背景、适用人群、问卷类型、测量维度、信效度和应用范围等情况,总结其发展趋势和特点后发现:1)国外儿童青少年静坐行为问卷处于初级探索阶段,且集中来源于欧美国家;2)适用年龄具有阶段性;3)测量维度较为单一;4)问卷的信度良好,效度普遍不佳。结合我国实际情况提出以下建议:1)建议优先使用具有良好信效度的ASAQ和YLSBQ问卷;2)在引进国外问卷基础上,需结合我国儿童青少年静坐行为特点进行修订,并进一步检验信效度;3)编制适用年龄更广的静坐行为问卷,丰富测量维度,并进行严格的信效度检验。
Sedentary behavior is an independent risk factor for the development of chronic non communicable diseases.Accurate measurements can help monitor sedentary behavior trends,and quantify the health effects,and assess the effectiveness of sedentary behavior interventions.Through systematic retrieval of the Web of Science,Medline,ERIC,and SPORTDiscus databas-es,8 kinds of sedentary behavior questionnaires or scales were selected.The background,appli-cable population,questionnaire type,measurement dimension,reliability and validity and appli-cation scope were analyzed.Moreover,the development trends and characteristics of these sed-entary behavior questionnaires were summarized.It was found that:1)the children and adoles-cents sedentary behavior questionnaires were at primary exploration stage and mainly concen-trated in European countries and the United States;2)the age of applicable population was phased;3)the measurement dimension was relatively simple;4)the reliability of most question-naires was acceptable but the validity was generally poor.Several suggestions in combination with the situation of China are concluded:1)it is strongly recommended to use ASAQ and YLS-BQ,which have acceptable reliability and validity;2)on the basis of the introduction of foreign questionnaires,it is necessary to revise the questionnaire according to the characteristics of sed-entary behavior among Chinese children and adolescents,and further test the reliability and va-lidity;3)sedentary behavior questionnaires with a wider range of ages and a richer measure-ment dimensions need to be designed,and its reliability and validity should be test strictly.
