摘要
为验证地市级移动校准系统中风速、风向和雨量项目的测量量值的一致程度、计量标准的可靠程度以及考察各校准工作人员技术水平和数据处理能力,2020年甘肃省气象计量检定站组织甘肃省14个地市级移动校准系统开展了风速、风向、雨量3个要素的量值比对工作。此次比对工作为今后进一步加强地市级校准能力建设,改进质量管理体系,加强人员技术培训等提供了依据。
In order to verify the consistency and reliability of measurement standards of wind speed,wind direction and rainfall in municipal mobile calibration system,and to inspect the technical level and data-processing capacity of authorized staff,Gansu meteorological metrology verification station organized 14 municipal mobile calibration systems in Gansu to carry out the value comparison of wind speed,wind direction and rainfall in 2020.This comparison provides a basis for further strengthening the construction of municipal calibration capacity,improving the quality management system and strengthening personnel technical training in the future.
