摘要
通过讨论炉口微正压、活动烟罩降罩高度、风机转速、阀体动作时间等对煤气回收的影响,进而得出在转炉炼钢过程中如何最大限度的对转炉煤气进行回收,并尽可能地提高回收纯度。
The paper discusses the influence on gas recovery caused by the micro positive pressure of the furnace mouth,the height of the moving hood,the rotational speed of the fan and the movement time of the valve body,and then shows how to recover the converter gas to the maximum extent and improve the purity of recovery as much as possible in the process of steelmaking.
