压裂返排液的高效回用技术研究

摘要 利用交联-沉淀法研究3种除硼剂对去除鄂尔多斯某压裂返排液中残余的硼离子、金属离子。结果表明,聚乙烯醇-124除硼效果最优;在单因素基础上进行了响应面优化实验,最终优化工艺条件为:硼离子∶聚乙烯醇-124(摩尔比)为1∶15,pH为10,反应时间30 min。对处理后的水配成基液进行了性能评价,结果表明基液的粘度、pH、抗剪切性能、破胶性能均满足了二次配液的要求。 The removal of residual boron ions and metal ions in a fracturing flowback fluid in Ordos were investigated by used the cross-linking-precipitation method.The influence of three kinds of boron removal agents on cross-linking-precipitation method to study.The results showed that PVA-124 had the best boron removal effect.The response surface optimization experiment was carried out on the basis of single factor,and the process conditions were optimized:boron ion∶polyvinyl alcohol-124(molar ratio)1∶15,pH of 10,reaction time of 30 min.The performance of the base fluid prepared by the treated water was evaluated,and the results showed that the viscosity,pH,shear resistance and gel breaking performance of the base fluid were all satisfactory,the requirements for the secondary dosing are met.
