摘要
本文通过比较和统计的方法,建立起工业美学与工业建筑之间的关联。列举了旧工业建筑的多元改造价值,归纳出旧工业建筑常见的改造模式,以国内最新的旧工业区改造项目“二七厂1897科创城”为例,从规划、室内外空间等角度分析其改造策略,为工业美学视野下的国内旧工业建筑的再利用提供一定借鉴。
This paper establishes the relationship between industrial aesthetics and industrial architecture through the methods of comparison and statistics.It lists the multiple transformation values of old industrial buildings and summarizes the common transformation modes of old industrial buildings.Taking the domestic latest old industrial zone reconstruction project“Erqi Factory•1897 Science and Technology City”as an example,the paper analyzes its reconstruction strategy from planning and the perspectives of indoor and outdoor spaces,which provides a certain reference for the reuse of domestic old industrial buildings from the perspective of industrial aesthetics.
