摘要
随着城市建设用地日益紧张,施工环境愈发复杂,施工难度随之增加,广州琶洲港澳客运口岸项目周围环境复杂,项目邻近珠江,横跨在营有轨电车且在建地铁隧道下穿基坑底部。本文通过三维有限元整体模型分析了灌注桩施工对盾构隧道的影响,分析计算得出有轨电车道床结构水平位移极值为2.55mm,竖向位移极值为沉降-3.48mm,盾构隧道结构水平位移极值为0.05mm,竖向位移极值为沉降-0.04mm,由此得出结论:在桩基及基坑工程施工期间,盾构隧道水平位移极值不影响隧道的整体安全。在施工过程中,由第三方监测数据可知,有轨电车上、下行线高程累计变形速率最大值为-0.016mm/d,基坑各项监测数据均未超过变形控制值,有轨电车轨道结构、基坑支护结构和周围环境处于相对稳定和安全的状态,证实基坑各项优化方案有效且安全。本文对施工过程中各项管理措施进行总结,为复杂环境下基坑工程的施工部署提供借鉴经验。
With the increasing shortage of urban construction land,the construction environment becomes more complex and the difficulty of construction increases.The surrounding environment of Guangzhou Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Passenger Port is complex:the foundation pit is adjacent to the Pearl River;the port straddles the trams in operation;the subway tunnels run through the bottom of the port’s foundation pit.The maximum horizontal displacement of the tram bed structure was 2.55mm through analysis and calculation.The extreme value of vertical displacement was settlement-3.48mm,the extreme value of horizontal displacement of shield tunnel structure was 0.05mm,and the extreme value of vertical displacement was settlement-0.04mm.It was concluded that the extreme value of horizontal displacement of shield tunnel did not endanger the overall safety of tunnel during the construction of pile foundation and foundation pit engineering.In the process of construction,by the third party monitoring data,the railroad electric car,downlink elevation maximum accumulative deformation rate was-0.016 mm/d,the monitoring data of foundation pit items did not exceed deformation control values,tram track structure and foundation pit supporting structure and surrounding environment was in a state of relative stability and security,confirmed that the foundation pit the optimization scheme was effective and safe.In this paper,various management measures in the process are summarized,which can provide reference for the construction deployment of foundation pit engineering in similar complex environment in the future.
