摘要
近年来,智能建造理念和智能制造技术开始引入建筑领域,推进装配式建筑向更高层次发展。现场施工和工厂预制作为装配式建筑过程中的主要环节,对于建筑工程的进度、成本以及安全质量有着直接影响,因此,需要对装配式建筑的建造智能化进行分析研究。文章通过介绍装配式建筑智能制造的概念,详细探讨基于EPC工程的智能制造需要面对的问题及提出的创新诉求,梳理装配式智能建造面临的问题,针对性提出了解决对策和创新思路。
In recent years,intelligent construction concepts and intelligent manufacturing technologies have been introduced into the construction area,and promote assembly buildings to higher levels.On-site construction and factory prefabrication as the main link in the prefabricated construction process,have a direct impact on the progress,cost,and safety quality of construction projects.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the construction intelligence of assembled buildings.This paper introduces an overview of the intelligent manufacturing of assembled buildings,discusses in detail the problems and innovation demands of intelligent manufacturing based on EPC engineering,combs the problems faced by prefabricated intelligent construction,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and innovative ideas.
