摘要
为确保本工程超高建筑地下室长大结构不产生裂缝,达到防渗漏的目的。首先进行混凝土结构的抗裂性能的理论分析,计算得到混凝土结构收缩的数据。采取掺入合适比例低碱膨胀剂(UEA-H)补偿收缩的技术措施。并采取合理优化施工配合比,选用优质河砂及碎石;掺入I级粉煤灰提高混凝土和易性,降低水化热;改变主筋规格及增设温度配筋;加强振捣、养护,降低温差等系列综合技术措施,有效控制了裂缝的产生,确保地下室不出现渗漏。
In order to ensure that the long structure of the basement of the ultra-high building of the project does not produce cracks and achieve the purpose of anti leakage.Firstly,the theoretical analysis of the crack resistance of concrete structure is carried out,and the shrinkage data of concrete structure are calculated.The technical measures of adding appropriate proportion of low alkali expansion agent(UEA-H)to compensate shrinkage are adopted.The construction mix proportion shall be reasonably optimized and high-quality river sand and gravel shall be selected;Adding grade I fly ash to improve the workability of concrete and reduce the heat of hydration;Change the specification of main reinforcement and add temperature reinforcement;A series of comprehensive technical measures,such as strengthening vibration,maintenance and reducing temperature difference,have effectively controlled the generation of cracks and ensured that there is no leakage in the basement.
