摘要
国家雪车雪橇中心赛道建设中,以BIM参数化建模为基础,辅以测量技术的应用,研究一种空间双曲面赛道功能面毫米级精度的控制方法。雪车雪橇赛道是各断面不规则变化的长线形曲面结构,功能面为运动员竞技滑道。赛道按固定间距提供设计断面定位坐标,使用Rhino软件做设计深化,再通过全站仪和三维影像扫描仪对实体进行多步骤高精度测量,结合模型、坐标值和实测数据的比对实现赛道毫米级精度控制和功能面在线调整。
Under construction on the national sliding center track,based on BIM parametric model,complemented by the use of surveying techniques,research on a millimeter-level accuracy control method for the functional surface of a hyperbolic track.The sliding track is a long-line surface structure with irregular variations in each section.The functional surface of track is the athlete’s raceway.The cross-section position coordinates of the track are provided by design at fixed spacing,deepen design by Rhino software,then the multi-step high-precision measurement of the track is carried out by electronic total station and 3D image scanner,combined with the comparison of model,coordinate value and measured data to achieve the track millimeter accuracy control and online adjustment of the functional surface.
