摘要 幼儿园课程资源库是幼儿园课程实施的保障,是教师专业学习的支架,也是幼儿成长发展的支点。课程资源库的建设是课程资源挖掘开发的基本途径,符合国家课程改革布局和发展的要求,具有时代性。根据知识管理理论,课程资源库在幼儿园课程行动网络中是积极的行动者,影响园所建设、教师行动和幼儿发展,同时也受到园所、教师与幼儿的制约。在建设幼儿园课程资源库时,应当把握以需求为导向、整合系统与开放共享的原则,分为三个阶段九个步骤进行:通过分析需求、分析现状、分类梳理,完成资源开发;通过定向征集、择优遴选、加工升级,完成资源收集与确认;通过专业管理与调取、共治同享、评价提升,保障资源库的动态管理。在幼儿园课程资源库建设过程中,政府、园所与教师要充分发挥行动者的作用,作为建设的支持者、规划者和建设主体,多元系统保障课程资源库的建设。 The kindergarten curriculum resource repository is the guarantee of kindergarten curriculum implementation,the support of teachers,professional learning,and the fulcrum of children,s growth and development.The construction of curriculum resource repository is the basic way to explore and develop curriculum resources,which meets the requirements of national curriculum reform layout and development,and keeps pace with the time.According to the theory of knowledge management,the curriculum resource repository is an active actor in the kindergarten curriculum action network,which affects the construction of kindergartens,teachers'action and children's development.At the same time,it is also restricted by kindergartens,teachers and children.In the construction of kindergarten curriculum resource repository,we should grasp the principles of demand-oriented,integrated system and open sharing,and divide it into three stages with nine steps:complete the development of resources through analyzing the demand,analyzing the current situation and sorting;complete the collection and confirmation of resources through directional collection,selective selection,processing and upgrading;guarantee the dynamic management of the resource repository through professional management and retrieval,common governance and sharing,and evaluation and enhancement.In the process of kindergarten curriculum resource repository construction,the government,kindergartens and teachers should give full play to the role of actors as supporters,planners and subjects of the construction,and ensure the construction of curriculum resource repository by multiple systems.
