摘要
高等教育内涵式发展是新时代国家建设高质量教育体系提出的战略目标,行业高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,如何利用自身特色走出一条高质量发展之路至关重要。在百年的办学历史中,华中农业大学通过着眼国家战略导向的学科建设布局、构建协同育人的人才培养体系、强化发展导向的师资队伍建设、实施创新导向的有组织科研等,探索了特色发展之路。行业高校特色发展必须统筹好特色与优势,处理好规模与质量、管理与治理的关系。
The connotative development of higher education is the strategic goal of building a high-quality education system in the new era.It is crucial for universities with industrial features to make use of their own characteristics to form a high-quality development path as an important part of higher education.In its history of over 120 years,Huazhong Agricultural University has successfully explored its own characteristic development path by focusing on the discipline construction layout guided by national strategy,constructing the talent cultivating training system of collaborative education,strengthening the development oriented teaching staff and implementing innovation oriented organized scientific research.For the characteristic development of universities with industrial features,we must holistically plan and deal with three kinds of relationship—characteristics and advantages,dimensions and quality,management and governance.
