摘要
根据对多变量灰色预测模型应用方法的研究,将多变量灰色模型拓展到吸附法油气回收装置的性能预测领域,通过筛选关键的性能变量,收集装置特定工况下的多组关键变量的历史数据,构建了一阶多变量灰色预测模型,并利用该模型对油气回收装置未来时间段内的装置性能进行分析预测,模型的预测精度经过了工程项目的使用并验证,具有较好的预测效果,为吸附法油气回收装置活性炭更换的时间节点提供有效借鉴。
Based on the research on the application method of multivariable grey prediction model,the author extends the multivariable grey model to the performance prediction field of adsorption oil and gas recovery unit,and constructs a first-order multivariable grey prediction model by screening key performance variables and collecting the historical data of multiple groups of key variables under specific working conditions of the unit,The model is used to analyze and predict the performance of the oil and gas recovery unit in the future time period.The prediction accuracy of the model has been used and verified by the engineering project,and has a good prediction effect,which provides an effective reference for the time node of activated carbon replacement in the adsorption oil and gas recovery unit.
