摘要 实使用石墨烯修饰电极阳极溶出伏安法,在pH=4.30的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中检测菊花和杏仁中锌的含量。峰电流与锌浓度1×10^(-6)~3.2×10^(-5) mol/L范围内呈优良的线性关系,I=1.5201c-1.0141×10_(-6)。r=0.9916。RSD=3.13%。D=1.6×10^(-7) mol/L。用该方法测定菊花和杏仁中的锌,回收率在94.56%~98.00%、93.67%~97.68%范围之内,方法简单,结果准确可靠。 The contents of zinc in chrysanthemum and bitter almond were determined in HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH = 4.30)by anodic stripping voltammetry at graphene-based electrochemical sensor. The peak current had a good linear relationship with the concentration of zine from 1.0×10^(-6)mol/L to 3.2×10^(-5)mol/L. The linear regression formula of zine was I = 1.5201c-1.0141×10^(-5)with r = 0.9916, RSD = 3.13% and the detection limit D = 1.6×10^(-7)mol/L. The method was used to determine zine content in chrysanthemum and bitter almond and the recovery was within the range of 94.56% ~ 98.00% and 93.67% ~ 97.68%. The method is simple and accurate.
