摘要
深度融合固封极柱是智能型ZW32柱上真空断路器的关键部件,其性能对断路器整机可靠性至关重要。文中从传感器选型、多物理场协同分析、试验等方面,开展深度融合固封极柱的设计与试验研究;最终完成以陶瓷电容、高压电阻、低功耗电流互感器为传感器件的样机研制;所进行的各项测试及实验表明该产品达到设计预期。
Deep fusion fixed sealing pole is the key element of intelligent type ZW32 pole mounted vacuum circuit breaker and its performance is very important to the overall reliability of the circuit breaker. In this paper,the study on the design and test of deep fusion fix sealing pole is developed from such aspects as type selection of transducer,synergy analysis of multi physics as well as tests. The development of prototype with high-voltage ceramic capacitor,high-voltage resistance and LPCT as sensing devices is finished. The tests and experiments show that the product has reached the design expectations.
