摘要
本文通过对云舍村土家族传统手工造纸进行实地考察,叙述了该地土家族手工造纸的背景、工艺流程、工具及产品的使用。可知其造纸原料采用云舍村附近的嫩山竹,工序大致可分为十四个步骤;在此基础上,提出该地土家族造纸技术古今差异较小,其造纸方法属于生料法,且属于中国内地常用的抄纸法体系,最后讨论了云舍村土家族手工造纸的前景。
Based on the on-the-spot investigation of traditional paper-making of Tujia ethnic group in Yunshe village, this paper discusses the back-ground, working-procedure, tools and produce of paper-making in this village. The raw material for the paper-making is the tender bamboo near Yunshe village, and the paper-making process can be roughly divided into 14 steps. It analyses that there is little difference between ancient and modern paper-making technology of Tujia ethnic group in this area. It points out that the paper-making skills of the Tujia ethnic group in Yunshe village is belongs to the raw pulp method and adopts traditional Chinese paper-making with use of a moveable mould. The paper also prospects the future of traditional paper-making by the Tujia ethnic group in Yunshe village.
