摘要
选取砧木‘SO4’‘5BB’‘110R’‘101-14’与‘赤霞珠’‘马瑟兰’‘早霞玫瑰’‘夏黑’进行硬枝嫁接,对嫁接愈合率、发芽率、成苗率、新梢生长情况、生物量分配及生长差异性进行研究。结果表明,4组砧穗组合中,夏黑/101-14、早霞玫瑰/101-14、赤霞珠/101-14组合嫁接亲和性指数较高,‘110R’嫁接的‘夏黑’和‘早霞玫瑰’嫁接亲和性指数较低;‘马瑟兰’嫁接亲和性与其它3个品种有差异,其中马瑟兰/5BB组合嫁接亲和性指数较高,而马瑟兰/SO4组合嫁接亲和性指数最低;除‘赤霞珠’外,其余品种各自组合间新梢生长情况无显著差异,‘夏黑’新梢最长,生长速率最快;马瑟兰/SO4、马瑟兰/110R、赤霞珠/5BB组合在各自的砧穗组合中生物量积累较大。本研究中,砧木‘101-14’与多数接穗品种嫁接亲和性较好,‘110R’与多数接穗品种嫁接亲和性差;‘SO4’有利于‘夏黑’‘早霞玫瑰’‘马瑟兰’生物量的积累;‘5BB’和‘101-14’有利于‘赤霞珠’生物量的积累。
In this experiment,four different rootstocks including'SO4''5BB''110R'and'101-14'were branch grafted with scions including'Cabernet Sauvignon''Marselan''Zaoxia Muscat'and'Summer Black'(abbreviated as'CS''MR''ZM''SB',respectively).The results showed that the primary indexes of graft compatibilities of SB/101-14,ZM/101-14,CS/101-14 combinations were high in their respective rootstock-scion combinations,which indicated that the grafting affinity of'101-14'was the best.And the primary indexes of graft compatibilities of SB/110R and ZM/110R combinations were low,which indicated that grafting affinity of'110R'was the poorest.'SO4'and'110R'grafted with'MR'and'5BB'grafted with'CS'had the greater biomass accumulation in their rootstock-scion combinations.The total fresh weight and total dry weight of the different rootstock-scion combinations had similar differences.The total fresh weight and total dry weight of SB/SO4 combination were the highest,which were significantly higher than that of the SB/110R combination,but there was no significant difference between those of the SB/5BB and SB/101-14 combinations.The total fresh weight and dry weight of the ZM/5BB combination were significantly higher than those of the ZM/101-14 and the ZM/110R combinations.On the contrary,the total fresh weight and total dry weight of the MR/5BB combination were significantly lower than those of other rootstockscion combinations.There was no significant difference in the fresh and dry weight between the CS/101-14 and the CS/5BB combinations.All in all,'5BB'had a good affinity with'SB'and'CS',and'101-14'could improve the thickness,the length of the shoots of'SB',which would be beneficial to the nutritional growth of'SB'.'101-14'had a good grafting affinity with most of the tested scion cultivars.'110R'has a poor grafting affinity with most of the tested scion cultivars.'SO4'was beneficial to the biomass accumulation of'SB','ZM'and'MR',while'5BB'and'101-14'were beneficial to the accumulation of'CS'biomass.
