摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定皂角刺中26种无机元素的方法。以6 mL硝酸作为消解液,样品经微波消解处理后采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定,运用SPSS22.0软件对其进行主成分分析与分布情况考察。25种无机元素在质量浓度为0~500 ng/mL的范围内与信号值有良好的线性关系,汞的质量浓度在0~5 ng/mL的范围内与信号值有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9990~0.9998,加标回收率结果为95.08%~104.80%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.33%~3.10%。该方法操作简便,专属性好,可用于中药饮片元素的含量测定,主成分分析得出饮片的综合排名情况,可以较好的反映饮片的质量,指导临床用药。
A method for the determination of 26 inorganic elements in Gleditsiae Spina by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.By using 6 mL nitric acid as the digestion solution,the sample was processed with microwave digestion,and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and spss22.0 software was used for principal component analysis and distribution investigation.The mass concentration of 25 inorganic elements had a good linear relationship with the signal value in the range of 0-500 ng/mL,the mass concentration of mercury had a good linear relationship with the signal value in the range of 0-5 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient was 0.9990-0.9998,the recovery of standard addition was 95.08%-104.80%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.33%-3.10%(n=6).This method was easy to operate and has good specificity.It can be used for the content determination of elements in traditional Chinese medicine.The comprehensive ranking of traditional Chinese medicine can be obtained by principal component analysis,which can better reflect the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and guide clinical medication.
