摘要
脉冲噪声是电力线通信系统中普遍存在的一类非高斯噪声,由于其强度高、随机性强等特点,会严重影响使用正交频分复用(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,OFDM)技术的高速电力线载波通信(high-speed power line carrier communication,HPLC)系统的传输性能。针对此问题,文章提出了一种基于主成分消除的脉冲噪声抑制算法。该算法基于脉冲尖峰远大于信号幅度这一特点,将脉冲噪声视为接收端混合信号中的主成分,首先使用主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)方法对混合信号进行分析和处理,然后挑选适当数量的主成分对脉冲噪声进行重建,最后将重建后的噪声从接收混合信号中去除以实现脉冲噪声抑制的目的。仿真结果显示,所提算法能实现良好的脉冲噪声抑制效果。
The impulse noise is a type of non-Gaussian noise commonly found in power line communication systems.Due to its high intensity and strong randomness,it will seriously degrade the transmission performance of high-speed power line communication systems using OFDM technology.To solve this problem,this paper proposes an impulse noise suppression algorithm based on principal component elimination.Based on the fact that the pulse peak is much larger than the signal amplitude,in this algorithm,the impulse noise is firstly regarded as the principal components of the received mixed signal,and the PCA method is utilized to analyze the principal components.Then an appropriate number of components are selected to reconstruct the impulse noise.Finally the reconstructed impulse noise is removed from the received mixed signal to achieve impulse noise suppression.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve a good impulse noise suppression effect.
