摘要
台湾省美人茶与大陆美人茶一脉相承,具有良好的产业融合发展基础。文章梳理海峡两岸美人茶的起源、发展过程和现状,分析发展中存在的问题和面临的合作机遇,提出海峡两岸美人茶融合发展策略。研究认为,中国台湾省美人茶产区在美人茶品种、茶园管理、产品品质、市场营销等方面的研究与应用保持优势,福建省大田县和广东省紫金县是大陆美人茶的活跃产区,海峡两岸美人茶发展中既存在知名度不够高、机械化程度低和合作交流有待拓展等主要问题,也面临海峡两岸美人茶产业融合发展和茶人看好美人茶发展的良好机遇。文章提出海峡两岸美人茶融合发展的着力点在于深化两岸美人茶创新研究与赛事交流、共同讲好美人茶故事、联合拓展美人茶消费群体和加快培育“大田美人茶”区域公用品牌等方面。
Taiwan province Beauty tea and mainland Beauty tea are in the same line.They have a good foundation for the industrial integration development.By sorting out the origin,development process and present situation of crossstrait Beauty tea,this paper analyzed the existing problems and cooperation opportunities,and put forward the integration development strategy of cross-straitBeauty tea.According to the research,Taiwan province Beauty teaproduction areas maintain advantages in theresearch and application of Beauty tea cultivars,tea garden management,product quality and marketing.Datian county of Fujian province and Zijin county of Guangdong province are active producing areas of Beauty tea in Chinamainland.There are some main problems in the development of cross-straitBeauty tea,such as insufficient popularity,low degree of mechanization and the cooperation and exchanges need to be expanded.It also faces good opportunities of integration and development of cross-straitBeauty tea industryand tea lovers are optimistic about the development of Beauty tea.The key points of integration development of cross-strait Beauty tea include the following aspects:deepening innovation research and competition exchanges of cross-strait Beauty tea,jointly telling good Beauty tea stories,jointly expanding Beauty tea consumer groups,and speeding up the cultivation of"Datian Beauty tea"regional public brand.
