摘要
对比了液压驱动风扇系统的能耗,介绍了全液压牙轮钻机的手动风扇转速控制系统和自动风扇转速控制系统。通过理论分析得出液压驱动风扇系统采用压力控制的根本原因,基于测试曲线对比了手动正比例控制与手动反比例控制的特点。在此基础上设计了自动风扇转速控制系统,提出了控制策略,通过整机测试完成了验证。
Compared the energy consumption of hydraulic drive fan systems,introduced manual fan speed control system and automatic fan speed control systemof full hydraulic rotary blasthole drilling rig.Found the root cause of the pressure control for hydraulic drive fan system through theoretical analysis,compared with manual positive control and manual negative control based on test curves.On this basis,designed automatic fan speed control system,put forward control strategy and verified them by machine test.
