摘要
为提升煤矿安全管理水平,基于煤矿安全管理现状,针对煤矿安全管理没有形成体系的问题,通过把各班组,各作业地点都分别作为独立的网格单元,让这些网格单元都实现安全管理,再利用制度体系建设手段以及执行力建设手段,让各网格单元充分结合,最终创建出把部门单位作为主体的安全管理线,以专业生产作业区域为主体的安全管理面,让各线面充分结合,创建出煤矿安全管理网格,让全矿实现一盘棋式的网格化管理,消除管理盲区与管理死角,有效提升煤矿安全管理水平。
In order to improve the level of coal mine safety management,based on the current situation of coal mine safety management,aiming at the problem that the coal mine safety management does not form a system,by taking each team and operation site as independent grid units,these grid units can realize safety management,and then make full combination of each grid unit by using the means of system construction and execution construction.Finally,a safety management line with departments and units as the main body is created.The safety management surface with the professional production and operation area as the main body,fully combines all lines and surfaces,creates the coal mine safety management grid,enables the whole mine to realize one board grid management,eliminates the management blind area and management dead corner,and effectively improves the level of coal mine safety management.
