上海应立足于提升城市软实力的战略制高点,以城市精气神为逻辑起点提升城市软实力,以友好型国际大都市统领城市软实力工作部署,以人的感知作为城市软实力工作的衡量标尺,充分体现欣欣向荣的发展活力、人才向往的城市魅力和社会主义核心价值观的凝聚力,更好地展示和传播中国理念、中国精神、中国道路和上海形象。
Shanghai should show the image of China on behalf of the country as the strategic high point of the city’s soft power,take the city’s essence as the logical starting point to enhance the city’s soft power,lead the deployment of the city’s soft power work with a friendly international metropolis,take people’s perception as the measuring stick of the city’s soft power work,fully reflect the thriving development vitality,the charm of the city to which talents aspire and the cohesion of socialist core values,and better display and spread the Chinese concept,the Chinese spirit,the Chinese road and the image of Shanghai.
