摘要
当下推进共同富裕“急不得”与“等不得”是合规律性与合目的性的统一。“急不得”是因为推进共同富裕是从实际出发,合规律性的复杂过程,“等不得”是因为推进共同富裕是要有所谋划、有所行动、有所体现的合目的性的现实任务。基于世情、国情、党情、社情和民情的变化,当下“等不得”在推进共同富裕中处于主导地位,起主要作用,是矛盾的主要方面,而“急不得”的理念则处于从属地位,起次要作用,是矛盾的次要方面。在充分把握“急不得”这一矛盾次要方面的前提下,抓住“等不得”这一矛盾主要方面,才能加快推进共同富裕的实现。
At present,"no haste"and"no waiting"is the unity of regularity and purpose in promoting common prosperity."No haste"is because promoting common prosperity is a complex process that proceeds from reality and conforms to the law,and"no waiting"is because promoting common prosperity is a practical task that meets the purpose of planning,action and embodiment.Based on the changes of the world and national situations,conditions of the Party,the society and the people at present,"no waiting"is in a leading position and plays a major role in promoting common prosperity,which is the main aspect of the contradiction,while the concept of"no haste"is in a subordinate position and plays a secondary role,which is the secondary aspect of the contradiction.On the premise of fully understanding"no haste"as the secondary aspect of the contradiction,and"no waiting"as the main aspect of the contradiction,we can accelerate the realization of common prosperity.
