摘要
为研究放牧地区冷季后备母羊适宜的补饲配方,试验选取体重相近的8月龄阿勒泰后备母羊40只,随机分为4组,每组10只,在放牧条件下,补饲组每只羊每日补饲精料350 g,设置全价日粮瘤胃可降解氮(RDN):可发酵有机物(FOM)分别为35、30和25共3组,记作R:F_(35)组、R:F_(30)组和R:F_(25)组,对照组不补饲,试验期45 d。结果表明:1)试验末期,R:F_(35)组、R:F_(30)组、R:F_(25)组的体重较对照组分别提高了20.48%、19.24%和17.90%,差异极显著(P<0.01);日增重较对照组极显著提高(P<0.01)。2)R:F_(35)组、R:F_(30)组极显著提高了试验羊的血清葡萄糖(GLU)(P<0.01)。3)R:F_(35)组、R:F_(30)组的血清尿素氮(SUN)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),R:F_(35)组的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),R:F_(25)组的谷草转氨酶(AST)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,R:F_(35)组血清总甘油三酯(TG)显著增加(P<0.05),R:F_(35)组和R:F_(30)组的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)极显著提高(P<0.01)。5)各组间血清中钾离子(K^(+))、钠离子(Na^(+))、氯离子(Cl^(−))、钙离子(Ca^(2+))、镁离子(Mg^(2+))的含量无显著影响(P>0.05);R:F_(25)组的无机磷(IP)含量较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。综上所述,放牧后备母羊补饲精料可降低体损耗,改善能量、蛋白、脂肪代谢水平,血清矿物元素除IP外都无显著变化(P>0.05),以试验设计全价日粮RDN:FOM为35的补饲组最佳。
This study aimed to determine a suitable formula for a supplement for grazing reserve ewes.Forty 8-month-old Altay reserve ewes,of similar weight,were divided randomly into 4 equal group.Three supplement groups were fed 350 g·d^(−1) concentrate,with the ratios of RDN to FOM being 35,30,and 25,respectively,in an adequate diet of R:F_(35),R:F_(30),and R:F_(25);the control group(CON)was not fed.The experiment lasted for 45 days.The results were as follows.1)At the end of the experiment,the body weights of animals in groups R:F_(35),R:F_(30),and R:F_(25) were 20.48%,19.24%,and 17.90%higher,respectively,than those in the CON group(P<0.01);average daily gain of 3 groups fed the supplement was higher than the CON group(P<0.01).2)The serum GLU content of groups R:F_(35) and R:F_(30) was significantly higher(P<0.01)than that of the CON group.3)The serum UN content of groups R:F_(35) and R:F_(30) was significantly higher(P<0.05)than of the CON group,the serum AST content of group R:F_(35) was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05),and the serum ALT content of group R:F_(25) was significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of the CON group.4)The serum TG content of group R:F_(35) was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.05),while the serum ALP content of groups R:F_(35) and R:F_(30) was significantly higher than that of the CON group(P<0.01).5)The serum K^(+),Na^(+),Cl^(−),Ca^(2+),and Mg^(2+) ions levels did not change(P>0.05),and the serum IP content of group R:F_(25) increased(P<0.05)by 23.24%relative to the CON group.In conclusion,the loss in grazing reserve ewe body weight could be reduced when they were supplied concentrates in a timely manner.Under the conditions of the present study,the levels of energy,protein,and fat metabolism improved,and an adequate diet with different ratios of RDN to FOM had no impact on the level of any serum mineral element except IP.The optimum ratio of RDN to FOM of the adequate diet is 35.
