神经损伤修复对康复期脑梗死患者血清GFAP、Lp-PLA2及肢体功能的影响研究

Study on the Effects of Nerve Injury Repair on Serum GFAP,Lp-PLA2 and Limb Function in Cerebral Infarction Patients during Convalescence

摘要 目的:研究神经损伤修复的实施方法及在康复期脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法:将某院收治的90例康复期脑梗死患者随机分为C组和B组各45例,C组采用常规护理,B组采用常规护理+神经损伤修复护理(包括改善脑血流动力学、穴位按摩、减轻炎症反应刺激、运动康复等)。于两组患者护理干预前后,分别检查血清神经功能指标[胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶(Lp-PLA2)],评价患者运动功能(FMA评分)和生活能力(Barthel指数),并采用GOS评分评价患者临床预后。结果:护理后,B组患者血清GFAP、Lp-PLA2均低于C组(P<0.05),B组患者FMA评分、Barthel指数均高于C组(P<0.05);B组患者临床预后良好率为77.78%,高于C组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论:于康复期脑梗死患者护理中应用神经损伤修复护理对改善患者神经功能及肢体功能具有重要的作用,利于患者获得良好预后。 Objective:To study the implementation method of nerve injury repair and its application value in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction during convalescent period.Methods:90 patients with convalescent cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital were randomly divided into group C(45 cases)and group B(45 cases),and the two groups were given routine nursing and routine nursing+nerve injury repair nursing(including improving cerebral hemodynamics,acupoint massage,reducing inflammatory response stimulation,sports rehabilitation,etc.),respectively.Before and after nursing intervention,serum neurological function indexes glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and lipoprotein associated phospholipase(LP-PLA2)were examined,motor function(FMA score)and life ability(Barthel index)were evaluated,and clinical prognosis was evaluated by GOS score.Results:After nursing,serum GFAP and LP-PLA2 in group B were lower than those in group C(P<0.05),FMA score and Barthel index in group B were higher than those in group C(P<0.05).The good clinical prognosis rate of group B was 77.78%,which was higher than that of group C(60.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nerve injury repair in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction during the convalescent period plays an important role in improving the nerve function and limb function of patients,which is beneficial to obtain good prognosis.
