摘要
职业能力是保障职业院校教育质量的重要组成部分,职业能力增值是评估职业教育效能的重要指标。从实证分析角度出发,以职业能力增值评价为基础,分析学生在校学习成长经历对职业能力增值的影响因素。研究表明,影响职业能力增值的主要因素包括专业认同感、毕业论文(设计)的投入与获得以及在校经历的丰富度。职业院校可以从培育专业认同感、强化大学生学习动机,关注毕业论文(设计)环节、把握大学生能力增长关键期,丰富大学生在校经历、营造良好校园活动氛围,重视校本调研数据、强化增值评价结果应用等方面入手,拓宽大学生职业能力增值路径,深化职业教育改革,推动职业教育高质量发展。
Vocational ability is an important part of ensuring the quality of education in vocational colleges,and the value-added of vocational ability is an important indicator to evaluate the effectiveness of vocational education.From the perspective of empirical analysis,based on the value-added evaluation of vocational ability,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of students'learning and growth experience in school on the value-edded of vocational ability.Research shows that the main factors that affect the value-added evaluation of professional competence include professional identity,investment and acquisition of graduation thesis/design,and the richness of school experience.Vocational colleges can cultivate a sense of professional identity,strengthen students'motivation to learn,pay attention to graduation thesis/design links,grasp the critical period of college students'ability growth,enrich college students'experience in school,create a good atmosphere for campus activities,pay attention to school-based research data,and strengthen value-added evaluation result so as to broaden the value-added path of college students'vocational ability,deepen the reform of vocational education,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
