组合型溢流管旋流器分离性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对常规旋流器在运行过程中短路流导致的溢流跑粗问题,提出了一种带有溢流帽和锥形凸台结构的组合型溢流管旋流器,并对其分离性能进行了数值模拟和试验探究。模拟结果表明,相比于常规旋流器,组合型溢流管结构能有效增大旋流器内部切向速度和内旋流轴向速度,增强了离心场强度;还能够遏制短路流的产生。试验结果表明,溢流中大于30μm粗颗粒含量由9.08%降低至2.76%,底流中小于10μm细颗粒含量由23.29%降低至19.11%,有效改善了溢流跑粗现象,提高了旋流器的分离性能。 In order to solve the problem of overflow caused by short-circuit flow in the operation of conventional hydrocyclone,a combined vortex finder structure hydrocyclone with vortex finder and conical frustum structure was proposed,and numerical simulation and experimental research were carried out on it.The simulation results indicate that compared with the conventional hydrocyclone,the combined vortex finder structure can effectively increase the internal tangential velocity and the axial velocity inside the hydrocyclone,which enhances the strength of the centrifugal field and can also curb the generation of short-circuit flow.The experimental results show that the content of coarse particles greater than 30μm in the overflow decreased from 9.08%to 2.76%,and the content of fine particles less than 10μm in the underflow decreased from 23.29%to 19.11%,which effectively improved the phenomenon of escape of coarse particles in the overflow and improved the separation performance of the hydrocyclone.
