摘要
让智能产品有良好的情感体验,增强产品黏性完善智能产品情感设计研究。通过对EEI模型与情感设计的研究分析,明确智能产品情感设计的对象、路径和范畴,并结合智能产品情感体验形成因素与情感体验的影响因素的定性研究,归纳分析智能产品情感体验阶段及影响因素之间的关系.划分情感设计的五个阶段,综合影响智能产品的情感体验因素和外部环境影响因素对各阶段特征提出设计策略。将体验介入智能产品情感设计,为研究者提供情感设计新角度。
Let smart products have a good emotional experience,enhance product stickiness,and improve smart product emotional design research. Through the research and analysis of EEI model and emotional design,clarify the object,path and category of emotional design of smart products,and combine the qualitative research on the influencing factors of emotional experience formation and use behavior of smart products,and summarize the emotional experience stages and influencing factors of smart products relationship. Divide the five stages of emotional design,comprehensively affect the emotional experience elements of smart products and the external environment influencing factors,and propose design strategies for the characteristics of each stage.Involve experience in the emotional design of smart products,and provide researchers with a new perspective on emotional design.
