摘要
为创新养老服务模式,满足老年群体在社会参与过程中的需求。通过分析社交媒体时代下老年服务行业的发展现状以及老年群体社会参与过程中的需求特征,提出以“时间银行”理念为基础的“银发网红”服务体系。以“银发网红”为用户主体,架构了具有志愿服务内涵的自给型养老循环服务模式的相关要素。该服务体系的要素模型框架可有效满足老年群体的需求,达到了新型老年服务的良性提升。
In order to innovate the elderly service model and meet the needs of the elderly groups in the process of social participation,we proposed the "time bank" service system based on the concept of "time bank". By analyzing the current development of the senior service industry in the social media era and the demand characteristics of senior groups in the process of social participation,we proposed the "silver-haired netizen" service system based on the concept of "time bank". With the "silver-haired netizens" as the main users,the elements of the self-sufficient senior care service model with the connotation of voluntary service are structured. The model framework of the service system can effectively meet the needs of the elderly groups and achieve the positive improvement of the new elderly service.
