摘要
分体式消隙蜗杆副通过旋转调节两段蜗杆之间的距离来消除蜗杆反向间隙,针对其消隙方式和具有较薄的蜗杆齿的结构特点,研究了分体式消隙蜗杆副传动精度的影响因素,建立分体式消隙蜗杆副的三维模型和运动分析模型,利用运动仿真分析方法,研究蜗杆副使用误差和蜗杆副结构误差对蜗杆副传动精度的影响规律。结果表明,蜗杆副使用误差相比蜗杆副结构误差对蜗杆副传动精度影响较大,其中,使用误差中蜗轮齿中磨损对传动精度影响最大,结构误差中径向误差对传动精度影响最大。
The split anti-backlash worm pair eliminates the worm backlash by rotating and adjusting the distance between the two worms.In view of its anti-backlash method and the structural characteristics of the ex⁃istence of thinner worm teeth,the factors affecting the transmission accuracy of the split anti-backlash worm pair are studied,a 3D model and motion analysis model of split anti-backlash worm pairs are established and the influencing law of worm pair use error and worm pair structure error on the transmission accuracy of worm pairs is studied.The result shows that the use error of the worm pair has a greater impact on the transmission ac⁃curacy of the worm pair than the structural error of the worm pair does,the wear in the worm gear teeth has the greatest impact on the transmission accuracy in the use error and the radial error in the structural error has the greatest influence on the transmission accuracy.
