摘要
针对育秧机中铺盘调节机构的型综合问题进行分析,基于方位特征集的并联机构拓扑设计理论与方法,综合出了14种以移动副为驱动的可用于铺盘调节机构的3自由度2T1R并联机构;考虑实际应用需求,从中优选出一种具有较强实用性的机构,并对该机构进行了拓扑特征分析和运动学分析,为后续具体的结构设计奠定了理论基础。
The type synthesis problem of the spreading tray adjustment mechanism in the rice transplanting machine is analyzed,by the topological design theory and method of parallel mechanism based on Position and orientation characteristics set,14 types of 3-degree-of-freedom 2T1R parallel mechanisms driven by moving pair are synthesized for the spreading tray adjustment mechanism.Considering the practical application requirements,a mechanism with strong practicality is selected,and the topological feature analysis and kinematic analysis are carried out for this mechanism,which lays the theoretical foundation for the subsequent specific structure design.
