摘要
坐落管柱是深水油气测试关键装备,遭遇特殊海况和紧急工况时可通过控制坐落管柱来实现油气封堵和测试管柱解脱,保障浮动平台安全撤离。随着海洋油气开发逐渐转向深水、超深水,坐落管柱控制系统已经历了直接液压控制、先导液压控制和电液控制等3个发展阶段,然而中国对坐落管柱控制系统的研究还处于起步阶段。详细介绍了坐落管柱控制系统组成、发展历程以及国内外研究现状,总结了坐落管柱3种控制系统的技术特征,包括响应时间、成本等;进一步通过对比现有国外产品,分析了坐落管柱控制系统整体发展趋势;最后结合中国实际情况,指出了坐落管柱控制系统国产化研究重点、难点。本文研究成果可为坐落管柱控制系统国产化提供参考。
Landing string is the key equipment for deepwater oil and gas testing.When encountering special sea situations and emergency conditions,the oil and gas plugging and test string release can be realized by controlling landing string,and the safe evacuation of the floating platform is guaranteed.As offshore oil and gas development gradually shifts to deepwater and ultra-deepwater,the control system of landing string has experienced three stages:direct hydraulic control,pilot hydraulic control,and electro-hydraulic control.However,the domestic research on this control system is still in its infancy.In this paper,the composition,development process and research status at home and abroad of landing string control system are introduced in detail,and the technical characteristics of the three landing string control systems including response time,cost,etc.,are summarized;Then,the overall development trend of landing string control system is analyzed by comparing existing foreign products;Finally,combined with the actual situation in China,the research focus and difficulties for the localization of landing string control system are pointed out.The results of this paper can provide reference for the localization of landing string control system.
